Description

Vintage Sampler Pattern

Inspiration:  In 2022, as we celebrate Judie Rothermel’s 35th Anniversary (Schoolhouse Quilts), she dazzles us once again with a new collection of scrolls, paisleys and vines in earthy neutrals with rich tones of blues, reds, golds, and greens.  These time-honored motifs add a regal touch to Vintage Sampler, a classic BOM quilt designed by Nancy Rink.  In her signature Nancy Rink style, a mix of twenty-five Basket and Star blocks are set on-point, and individually framed with a lovely stripe sashing.  Judie’s larger scale Paris Paisley, an especially unique historic print, provides the perfect outer border to finish the 95″ square quilt, and the specially designed 108″ backing adds the perfect finish.
