Description
Wool applique on nine homespun cotton blocks make up the body of this beautiful quilt. The applique designs were inspired by antique buttermolds. Richly colored wools, several of which are hand dyed, with simple applique stitches using mostly variegated threads make this quilt a classic beauty.
